Transmyocardial Laser Revascularization

This means the application of laser energy to directly drill channels for new blood supply in hearts that suffer angina or diminished blood flow to the heart muscle when other means of revascularization such as angioplasty, stent placements or surgical bypasses are no longer able to provide the blood flow.
