Barnwell Gets New Cardiovascular Clinic

Dr. Don L. Pennington is pleased to announce the opening of Carolina Heart & Vascular Center's new office at 154 Wren Street in Barnwell, SC.

"I am thrilled to help establish Carolina Heart & Vascular Center's presence in the Barnwell Community," said Dr. Pennington. "The staff at the clinic, and the city of Barnwell as a whole, have been extremely supportive and welcoming to me."

Dr. Pennington began seeing patients in Barnwell two days a week at Palmetto Internal Medicine in June 2004. Within only four months Dr. Pennington aided in establishing Carolina Vascular Center's satellite office, as well as increased his office hours from two to four days.

"We are fortunate to be tied to a progressive facility such as Carolina Heart & Vascular Center," said Dr. Pennington. "Being a member of the Carolina Heart & Vascular Center family provides a smooth transition for patients requiring more in-depth consultations from a specialist."
