OFFICE HOURS

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you experience an emergency or need to call after hours, you may still call the office number (641-4874). The answering service will page the physician on call.

PRESCRIPTIONS

When calling the office for prescription refills, please have the pharmacy phone number, and name and dosage schedule of the medication available. We ask that you call for refills only during regular office hours so that your chart may be reviewed.

NEW PATIENTS

We gladly accept new patients. They may be referred by another physician, or self-referred by the patient. If the patient calls for a new appointment, please give as much information as possible regarding your problem, so that sufficient time may be allowed.

FEES and BILLING

As a courtesy to our patients, we file claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance companies. If a patient is scheduled for surgery, an accounts representative from the office will give the patient an estimated amount due after insurance. The patient will receive a billing statement after monies have been collected from insurance. Co-pay and deductible amounts are collected in the office at the time of service. All major credit cards are gladly accepted.
