OFFICE HOURS

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00PM. If you have an emergency or need help outside of regular office hours, you may still call the office phone number and our answering service will transmit messages to us.

PRESCRIPTIONS

When calling the office for prescription refills, please have the pharmacy telephone number, the name, size, and dosage schedule of the medication available. Please call for these only during office hours so that your chart may be reviewed.

NEW PATIENTS

We prefer to have new patients referred to us by another physician. We will, however, be happy to see patients directly whose medical history, symptoms, or family medical history suggest the possibility of cardiovascular disease. When you call for an appointment, please provide any pertinent information regarding your problem. This is very important in order for us to give priority to your needs, and reserve sufficient time for your visit with us.

All patients who have had a chest X-ray, EKG, or laboratory work done outside our office within the last 6 months are asked to bring a copy of the report to our office at the time of their visit.

BILLING DEPARTMENT

We file primary and secondary insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. We participate with Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance. Co-pays are expected at the time of service. For patients without insurance coverage, a payment plan can be easily arranged with a simple telephone call. We gladly accept payment with Mastercard, VISA, and Discover credit cards. Once a patient due balance is established, a statement for payment will be sent.
