L. Dieter Voegele, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Dieter Voegele attended college at the University of California at Berkeley and completed medical school at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Dr. Voegele is a member of the International College of Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Thoracic Surgery, the Southern Association of Thoracic Surgery and the South Carolina Vascular Surgical Society. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Thoracic Surgery and specializes in thoracic, vascular and cardiovascular surgery.
